Mr. Olatubosun is currently the President and Director, Grace Development Training Center, Lagos. He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro as well as Kensington University, Glendale, California. Currently he is undergoing a course of study at Capella University, leading to the award of Ph D degree in Business Management. He also worked as a classroom teacher with Ogun State Ministry of Education and later joined Onwufuju Osagie-Giwa & Partners as audit assistant for five years.
Mr. Olatubosun started his banking career in 1989 when he joined Nigeria International Bank Limited (a subsidiary of Citigroup). His career began in the Treasury department of the bank before he moved to Consumer Credit Banking Group (CCBG). He also worked and supervised in various departments of the bank including International Operations, Internal Control and Credit Risk Management. He was instrumental to flood of process improvement changes in both Onwufuju Osagie-Giwa & Partners and Nigeria International Bank. He conducted several audit checks for branches of the organizations. He writes policies and procedures to mitigate control lapses and process improvements for various banking products.
He resigned from the bank after 17 years to start his own business and a new career in training and development. He facilitates banking trainings on behalf of Control Edge Consulting Limited and Centennial Capital Limited as well as Entrepreneurship Program on behalf of Multinational Technologies. He has taught at various seminars for banks and non-bank financial institutions.
